  • You will use BBYSMM.COM in accordance with all agreements and terms of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

  • Prices and service rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment and refund policies remain effective regardless of rate changes.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Orders may take longer than expected, and no refund will be issued for processing delays.

  • We reserve the right to change a service type if deemed necessary to complete an order.

Disclaimer

  • Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously. Wait for the first order to complete, cancel, or partially fulfill before placing a new order. Failure to do so may result in incorrect delivery, and no refund or cancellation will be issued.

  • The system calculates start counts when the order is placed and marks orders complete once the requested quantity is delivered. Requests to cancel due to views/likes/subs coming from real users, fans, or another seller will not be honored.

  • BBYSMM.COM is not responsible for any damages to you or your business resulting from the use of our services.

Liabilities

  • BBYSMM.COM is not liable for account suspension, content removal, or restrictions enforced by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

Service

  • Our services are intended to boost the visibility of your social media accounts.

  • We guarantee delivery of followers, likes, or views paid for, but cannot guarantee interaction or engagement.

  • We do not guarantee that accounts will have profile pictures, complete bios, or uploaded content, though we strive for high-quality delivery.

  • Do not upload inappropriate content, including nudity or material not accepted by the respective social media platform.

  • Private accounts will not receive refunds. Ensure your account is public before ordering.

Refund Policy

  • Do not place multiple orders for the same link before the previous order is completed, canceled, or partially fulfilled. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

  • If your order experiences a drop in followers/likes/views, wait for us to refill, cancel, or partially fulfill the order before placing a new order for the same link.

  • Deleted, private, or username-changed accounts are not eligible for refunds or refills.

  • Drops occurring after order completion may not be eligible for refill.

  • No-refill services or previous drops cannot be combined with refill services for additional refill or refund.

  • Large accounts (10K–200K+) are subject to restrictions on refills; previous follower/like/view drops are not eligible for refills.

  • For drip-feed services, insufficient time intervals or multiple orders on the same link may cause incorrect start counts. No refund, refill, or cancellation will be issued in these cases.
